New Diet and Workout Regime

I've been excluding salt and sugar.

Only salt i get is in peanut butter, and sugar from my protein shake. (along with blue beries and rasperries etc)


I'm eating only:

Egg Whites
Turkey
Salmon, Tilapia, Tuna
Peanut Butter sandwhiches
oatmeal
Broccoli, spinach, asparagus, avocado etc...
a gallon of water a day

I've been up and down with my diet though. I dont understand why sometimes i weigh 7lbs one day, and the next day, i weigh 7 lbs less.

anyone might know why?

I do cardio 5x a week.
trying for a 6 pack
and then eventually get some mass

i am 9.9% body fat.

a 7lbs difference is huge. My weight may fluctuate my a couple of pounds. I put this down to increased water intake, whether I've had a poo or the time of day.

Just make sure you're getting at least 500mg of salt a day. Lower than that and you're gonna have problems. Our bodies need salt.
