I have just started easing myself into this. Ab ripper reminds me a little of the core work we used to do at Boxing....

I am definitely well out of shape. Been over a year since I last done any running or weights. Anyone else tried it?

All I have attempted so far is abs ripper. And I will leave it at that for a couple of weeks (with a bit of running too) as I don't want to put myself off.

I know it's a bit girlie.

Yeah I've done it. My friend lost 100+ lbs doing it. His lil brother was really skinny and bulked up A LOT. It's not geared towards beginners at all but its been a starting point for a LOT of people I know. I love plyo and I like yoga. I never did cardio or kenpo bc i really hate cardio. There's some moves on ab ripper I still can't do. I look retarded trying.

How is it girly tho?
