I am starting to write a lot more now, feeling more comfortable with what I am putting down. This piece is called '25-Hundred Hours' and it is about long nights when I can't get to sleep. Let me know what you think.

25-Hundred Hours.
Can seem a long time to go.
Two hands stroking the clock,
Blinded by night yet I know.

24-Hundred Hours.
Never seems like enough.
Taking it all in the strides,
Checking my wrist when it's rough.

12-Hundred Hours.
Checking out the window sun.
Must have been hell out of time,
Jump, out-running the gun.

1 Hour left out.
Where did it all go, this time?
If every clock had another,
Notch on the face it'd be fine.

this was NICE! something very different!

very good question...what if we did have an extra hour a day...

i think i know the answer...we'd have an extra 365 hours in a year :p...which would really through our seasons out of whack.... lol

anyways, yeah great peice! keep it up!

Very nice poem, I like the way it makes you think about where all the time goes, because sometimes you feel like time just pasted you on it's way and you dunno how to catch up to it again. Great work!

Cool poem, I like the theme, it's different and interesting - I wonder if we'd notice if there was suddenly an extra hour in the day, I think it would probably just pass alot of us by.

its got a tight theme to it almost reminds me of 24 hours to live by mase. The question never seems to get old or the story. We take our time for granted and when its almost time to go we stand back shocked. crazy shit i guess. I like the poem though shit was tight...keep it up mahn
