2pac boat interview

does anyone know the orgin of the pac interview where he is in the dark and then on the boat being interviewed i assumed somewhere in the pacific off the coast of the catalina's? like was it filmed for a documentary or dvd of somekind? there's pictures of him on the boat in the all eyez on me booklet but there is obviously much more to this interview/documentary then what i have in my 2 1/2 minute vid its just little clips from a longer vid it looks like
