? about Rap Phenomenon II quote

If you've heard the mixtape called "Rap Phenomenon II" you have heard the intro to track 2 where 2Pac says something like this:

"I think this country was built on gangs, I think it still is run on gangs. The police, the army, democrats, republicans, these are gangs. I had a parole officer tell me straight up, 'We the biggest gang in New York state,' straight up."

So my question is, is there a DVD/video/clip (whatever) where this is taken from? Basically I'd like to record that sound clip without all the music in the background.

Any information would be most appreciated.
