^lol...as opposed to an australian passport? I don't see why...you guys...nobody hates you...you barely ever make the news.. America is hated, yet I've never gotten bad treatment with my passport. I'm not saying it's a love/hate thing, but if you have a Western passport, one that grants you visa-free travel to most places in the world, you'll get treated fine with no problems....unless you look like Jurhum...then you should be jailed.

I don't know.. Aussies have a reputation.. My tour manager told us if we had a UK Passport to use it.. Only 1 or 2 did. At one of the checkpoints the border guys pulled all the guys passports, was a bit weird but.. I don't know..

from my experience americans seem to love aussies, but i think it's a little different in europe and asia. i think we do have a bit of a reputation as being a racist and ignorant nation. i think you hit the nail on the head when you said we barely make the news in the US... you guys are too worried about your own shit to care about us. but like i said, i believe we do make the news in britain and a few things in recent years have probably tarnished our image. plus there's the whole jealousy thing re: weather, women, sport! i don't know, just the impression i get. maybe the poms on the board can shed a little more light on the matter.

My friend who lives in Toronto has three passports - Canadian, US, and UK.

I think his parents were from here, he was born in Texas, then they moved to Canada. Something like that.
