Can you feel and see the Revolution of Tupacboard?

I thought some of the members childish posts and their constant beef was causing the revolution and peoples not coming and wanting to post on Tupacboard.but recent change of banner from '2pacboard' to 'street hop your #1 hip-hop discussion forum' and moving up of 'street hop' forum above '2pacboard' and addition of more street hop related forums such as beef, worldwide, and streethop news makes this board more revolutanized.

This board's focus has slowely been moving a way from 2pac to hip hop in general.
it makes you think that this board and its admins are planning to make this board more gerenal hip hop rather then to stick with its origin 2pac. this board became popular because of tupac not because of general hip hop.

I dont understand the point of making this board more general hip hop because the people that want to talk about hop hop in general they will go to Allhiphop or Sohh forums.this board has always been number one 2pac source for people and people would come here to talk about him and hes related news.

its not really about why street hop is being on top of the life forum and life should be first. because once you make this board hip hop in general then you gonna have to have street hop forum first and then specific artis forums like 2pac. and thats how it was when this board was strictly for 2pac, you had 2pac forums at first and then following other forums. but its about this board's origin and changes that is happening to this board. this board eventually could become straight hip hop board where you could have g unit forum,eminem,dr.dre,fat joe,jadakiss,chingy,nelly and somewhere down the line you'll find 2pac forum.

So, not only some of the members stupid posts and newbies beefs is making this board what its becoming but also a lil bit of help from admin himself is now really making this board changed and not come on or come on but just observe and not post from TUPAC fans.

Find somewhere else to go if you don't like it. 2Pac remains an important part of this site and board. But StreetHop is more active than Life is, so it makes sense to place it more prominently and more conveniently. Do you know how much it costs to keep a site with this much traffic up? Being more attractive to a wider audience (instead of scaring them off because of the popular image of 2Pac fans) can result in more money from ads, allowing the site to stay up. If you don't want that to happen, all of you hardcore 2Pac fans should throw down for VIP memberships and support the online store. Oh yeah, did I mention the legal bills they're facing with that whole hijacking fiasco?

The guys behind this site have invested a lot of time and effort into this place, and it's up to them to dictate the direction it takes no matter what. There's no reason for them to sit and let their creation stagnate and drain them like a parasite just to make a bunch of kids who belief in THUGLIFE happy.

As far as i can see its still a tupac board and if u didnt like pac why the hell would u come here? just because there is a wider range of music issues doesnt mean that it aint a pac board - shit the guy is dead there is only so much u can talk about a dead person!

i think their aim was to make this board bigger by adding the streethop shit to it, and re-arranging shit, but imo its not makin it too much bigger, its just makin it different, with different people signing up, and in time i think less and less 2pac fans are gonna come here

its moved away and certainly taken a bad turn since the hack in general but theres not much we can all do, some of those ppl left from it and some just dont come on anymore so we have a lot of new ppl (i'm probably included) and a lot of new ideas...and some older members with just really stupid ideas and threads who contribute nothing to this board except anger and stupidity...
anyways the pac board sad to say didnt evolve it backed up really in a negative way, and can't really do anything about it.

The love for Tupac won't die, but you have to understand that investing in a more general Hip Hop board will result in larger revenue. Its like working at a restaurant. The more food you sell, the more people you'll attract. As roaches said, they are paying a lot of money. vBulletin (the board this website runs on) alone costs a lot of money, and hosting is a different issue.

The thing is, you gotta think about this from a business perspective. You'll see why they have to do this. Sometimes, its good to see the neighborhood store that stays local, but don't be surprised when it goes national.

i came on this forum at first for pac info, then i saw the topics in the life forum like eg "Would You Die For 2Pac", i prefer the street hop forum becuz theres alot of good shit in there, i aint forgettin about pac but forum wise, what more is there to discuss about him until new info comes out and also after the hideous Loyal To The Game i kind of lost intrest in new pac shit becuz afeni and interscope or whoever the fucks in charge is fucking up his music, so i basically stick to all the albums HE made.

i remember people use to say shit like the day they start putting artist like 50cent, or the people pac didnt like on his albums, it would be the beggining of the end of his legacy, and i agree, this topic is kinda sad becuz it really makes u think that we will never really have good pac music like we did befor becuz the people incharge are fucking it up also causing pacs true fan base to lose faith and just forget bout pac.
