The line where Nore sayes 16th alphapet, would state that the person whom they are talking about name begins with p.
They werent talking about 2Pac.

Thanks for clearing that up. The lyrics in that song are let's say beyond comprehension. Sick beat however.
I know LA LA was directed at the Dogg Pound but I was always curious about this song. Very confusing lyrics.
