Criticism.

This forum is useless if people aren't allowed to say anything bad about poems.

I don't mean that I should be able to type, "U FUKIN SUK AT POETRY FAGG," I just mean that if I don't like a poem or a particular piece of writing, I should be able to say so and why.

Right now, it's just, a person will get five replies, all of them vaguely praising his or her work, which usually isn't all that good, anyway.

So whoever considers these things, consider this.

I agree with that all the way. If I dropped something here, I would actually prefer someone tell me what they see as my faults, or weak points in my writing, how else am I supposed to grow as a writer? Some people need to understand that.

I do not find it necessary for this discussion to take place. You are of course allowed to give as much criticism as you like, just as long as it is in a respectful manner and also helpful and enlightening for the person receiving the critic, because you are here to help him or her develop his or hers writing skills, not diss them cuz they made a poem YOU didn't like.
People have the right to reply as they like, and if they do not find it in their interest to criticise the poem then the shouldn’t.

NB: This is not a freepost forum, only poems are allowed to be posted here. When you in the future have a problem, please address it in "Letter To The President" and not here...
