this is very tough. on one side pac was fatal's man and losing someone that close to you at that age aint easy to deal with. if it were my closest homie i know id scream his name on every song im on. but this way you also get idiots who think fatal cant sell without pac, so I think he needs to keep reppin pac but do so with a balance. And I agree everything outlawz have done pac related is wack and was because of the money and promotion theyd get from it only.
All I can say is, keep reppin pac fatal, but don't do what outlawz did e.g. noble rhyming pac and yak in every other song. But we know Fatal is a much more talented rapper than them and will use Pac's name in a positive way.
