hey, i wrote this for my mum... found it real hard to write... coz i wanted it to be perfect... im gonna give this to her for her bday in a few weeks....so let me know what ya'll think........


Happy Mothers Day -11 June 2005

no girl could ever replace the special woman in my life
but at times it seems my feelings are kinda hard to describe

i cant hide it inside.. coz she's been there since my birth..
and she’s never ever made me feel i wasn’t worth it
..i mean it may seem absurd, but when i was a kid
i was sometimes amazed at what other mothers did
-indifferent and tough.. never showing enough love
it seemed my mum was somehow sent to me from above
-always adjusting to keep me as happy as possible
what other mother would stay 2 weeks in a hospital?
..when i broke my leg, she did that just to please me
and promised me that she wouldn't ever leave me
she bought me presents, and worked hard to keep me comfortable
..far from greedy...she's been known to buy a lunch or two
-its nothing new, but we always have a good laugh
..we seem to talk things out, and get over them fast..
like when i had my heart smashed, she somehow got me laughing
-thrown in with some good advice on how to restart things
her love's forever lasting.. or at least it seems to be
but all i hope is that this shows her what she means to me.

really nice poem kman so true and honest and full of love, hope she liked this i'm sure she loved it, how could she not - i bet it even made her cry (which is a good thing btw)
