I feel as though this topic was never discussed. I never remember reading anything on this board about it, nor could I find it in search.

Did anyone ever see the VH1 special on the last days of Left Eye?

So Sad and haunting...The following is a clip of the time of the car crash, inside of the vehicle.

I HIGHLY recommend this documentary if you haven't seen it.

What did you guys think of the documentary, or the way of death period?

Well my thought right now was. Good job filling that van up like that.

Obviously safety wasn't on their mind. And what was she avoiding that she went into the treees?

...no one knows what she was avoiding.

If I remember correctly I think she was hallucinating demons or something toward the end of her life.

Please correct me if I am wrong someone. I haven't seen the documentary in a long time, but I just thought of her for some reason today.

Uh yeah... What the hell was she trying to avoid. There were no cars heading for her.

It's kinda like in those horror movies, you're driving calmly down the road and something just pops up on the street and you swerve not to hit it.

Creepy.

I always get the chills no matter how many times I see it. It's crazy how it is 8 months to the day since Aaliyah's death. I don't understand how she was the only one wearing a seat belt and she was the only one to die, and the way the car looked after the wreck, I just don't get it, I guess that's how you know it's a Hollywood death, no one really understands how anyone in the spotlight died. I don't get what happened either, did another car loose control, go in her lane and she was trying to dodge it, what happened, because it all seemed like death decided to intervene out of nowhere it saw the window open and took the shot.

The whole death video seems weird to me, I saw the documentary, its pretty good, alot of it is her trying to escape from people due to her new spirtual side.

Wow was she the only one to go? I assumed everyone died.

Only 8 months after Aaliyah? That caught me off guard too I thought Left Eye died a couple years after Aaliyah I didnt realize it was so close.

If a movie was made like that, I would think it was a bogus movie.

After listening to the footage, it sounds like someone swerved into her lane or something.

I think there was more to the video then was being let on.

I tried finding the link to the documentary but no success...and now i want to see it again. :(

^Or maybe they let on there to be more than there really was.

That's how you sell shit. To make people believe there was more to it than there was.

Who would want a boring documentary with a boring death?

Is that true though? In that clip it said she "was wearing her seat belt and was the only fatality." Thats not saying no others were wearing their's. If the person behind her wasn't wearing their seat they could have being crushed into her..?

I was crushed when I found out she had died, fucked up.
