Yeah, Ive started eating Chicken because I need the extra protein to bulk up and sick of supplements.

If they lived a healthy and normal life, I bless you and the chicken for coming together in harmonious spirit on a molecular level.

But only if the chicken was unmolested.

Although....molested chicken....hmmmm....

Yeah. Im buying free range. Believe me I feel guilty enough but I was loosing too much weight. I still believe that a vegetarian diet can sustain someone without a problem, and that too much red meat is really bad for you, but at the same time I need a source of protein and Vegetarian supplements were just not cutting it for my body. Im not simply trying to sustain; I am boxing and bulking up.

At the end of the day I come first. Ive always said that I wouldnt eat meat unless I needed to for health reasons. Im not a hippy or extremist, my stance was why kill an animal if I dont need to? Well... I need to now.

I cant say that Im not loving the hell out of this Chicken burrito right now though.

Real vegetarianism as a lifestyle is about making the compassionate choice and placing animal welfare ahead of your own personal wants and needs in order to take a stand against killing, suffering and injustice.

Therefore it can be said that Rukas was never a real vegetarian - he simply stopped eating meat for a period of time.

That's not an attack, just my personal stance on the matter.

Also, there are ways to "bulk up" without taking supplements or eating meat. I personally know a vegan bodybuilder who's incredibly strong and muscular, more so than many of his buddies who eat meat. The meat consumption actually slows them down and makes them more prone to sickness.

Since a 10-second google search will yield many sites regarding bodybuilding on a vegetarian or vegan diet, and quick scrolls through any of those sites would provide quick and easy tips on the best diets to achieve the desired effect (many of which include no items that are uncommon or hard to find), my personal conclusion on the matter is that you simply desired to eat meat again.

Fair enough if that's the case.

But let's not try and fool anyone that the consumption of meat is a prerequisite for building of muscle. That is not the case at all.

Over two years is a pretty big commitment. I took a stance but not if it means being unhealthy myself and harming my body.

Being a vegetarian is a diet, its not a philosophy or lifestyle. I didnt eat meat, and only consumed vegetables and fruits. Therefore I was a vegetarian.

That's not an attack, just my personal stance on the matter.
Well, by the very definition, you are wrong.

Bullshit. You can not build muscle without protein. You can not BULK without eating protein or supplements, it is just physically impossible. Either you are lying, your friend is lying, he's a genetic freak, or is on steroids.

My personal opinion is that you're a stuck up extremist on every subject you automatically think your opinion is the only truth on, and in reality you are extremely narrow minded and arrogant. You're like a bible basher who only sees one truth.

Do you know my body? Have you seen my blood work up and test results? Do you seriously think that every human on the planet is the same? Get the fuck out of here. If I wanted to eat meat Id have done so years ago.

Dont believe everything you read on the internet or Vegetarianism becomes your RELIGION.

Vegetarian body builders bulk up on creatine, pea based protein powders, and steroids. I tried it for a year. It doesnt work for MY BODY. I even underlined MY BODY in my first post. The protein powders suck, Ive been getting cramps because of them so I cant take them, they make me sick.

So now I am left with no source of protein, and like I said, without protein you can not build muscle, it is impossible. Im not going to be eating 10 meals of 8 different beans and lentils a day. And even that diet would SUSTAIN my mass not build it.

Fair enough if that's the case.

But let's not try and fool anyone that the consumption of meat is a prerequisite for building of muscle. That is not the case at all.
For me, it is. Let's not try to fool anyone into thinking you know what the fuck you're talking about because you clearly dont.
