To set up a system (it's never really easy) that distinguishes the winners. Here is my politically motivated system,
how about we hold a small tourny and the winner would be labeled "The thronebearer" then a thread is opened where all will send their congratz and wish him the best. In that thread, the thronebearer will address the people with a paragraph of what his thoughts are about the battlers, he will also address his opposition. He will then set up somewhat of his own matchup between two of his greatest foes whom he believes are the best and he will set the rules for the match and will judge upon it alone. Something like a Roman emperor, he will have the battlers duel it out and the winner of this battle will be named the Frontman, the Frontman will assemble a giant tourny for all battlers with a set of standard rules that they choose. The winner of this tourny will then have to dismantle the Frontman in order to be named number one contender for the throne. The championship match will be voted on by members of the court who the people will choose. At anytime, if one prefers, he can revolt against the thronebearer by posting a thread entitled "objection." In this thread the revolutionary will state why he is better than the thronebearer and must not have to go through a whole tourny in order to get his number one contendership. He will request an immediate free-for-all. The textheads who are listed as members of the text repulbic will vote whether they shall push forth this matchup or consider it unneccesary. If the match shall proceed, then it can only be a free-for-all. Meaning: The thronebearer and the revolutionary will agree on a time in which the members of court will be present, they will then enter the battle thread. The revolutionary, who must always go first, will attack the thronebearer with a personal bar, the thronebearer must reply in 3 minutes, by either a random diss or by feeding off the revolutionary's bar, if the thronebearer feeds off the revolters bar and creatively disses him back, that is considered a more difficult task. Then, the revolter will do the same and enter a bar either by replying to his opponent or by a random punch. THey will exchange blows for 14 bars and the voting will commence. This is my declaration for our text league, it is impossibly applicable, but what the hell, nothing else worked.

what the hell happened to this place...we seriously gotta look into getting new heads in here....its disgustingly quiet up in here...some of the best heads on the net used to write around here *cough* me *cough*
