Lol its still hard though. Especially since p90x actually has weights. I feel like being lazy this week/weekend since I have it off of work and that's why I'm gonna start Monday. Just tell me what video you'll be doing. Do you follow their diet plan and use their recipes and all that too?

Someone break this down for me please.

It's just an hour+ worth of exercises, 6 days a week?

What kind of diet do you have to be in, in order to execute the p90x properly?

Yes...basically. There are 12 dvd's. There are 3 phases in the diet. The first is the fat burning. If you don't have a lot of fat to burn I think you can skip it...bc I did. For me the diet would be 1,800 calories. It's basically a low carb/low calorie/high protein diet.

My friend that completed P90X lost a lot of weight and he didn't follow the diet exactly. He cut his calories some.

I was going to try to...but I haven't started yet. I've never done the diet before and had results but I'm kinda curious what difference it will make so I'll prob try to follow it for a few weeks at least. Unless I don't have enough energy. It's a huge calorie cut for me. I eats A LOT :?
