when it was released? i got a lil clip OG from and a friend told me that was from '92..can any 1 gimme the real year the song was released
what about the second verse on wonder if heaven got a ghetto?
i was just curious 2 know which 1 one of these songs came first
and why pac didnt perform changes lol, man this songs is Gooooooooooood

It was released in 1998... but it was RECORDED in 1991, for 2Pacalypse Now.

Changes came before Wonder If Heaven Got A Ghetto, he recycled the Changes verse for it, released it on the Keep Ya Head Up single, and never planned on releasing Changes obviously.

why didnt he put it on pacalypse album..i think da album 'll look do much good wit that song
