its a bootleg..and it says 'cd quality' so that could be anything from 128bit rate mp3 upwards..or even a little bit lower...besides...its leaked all over the internet...the outlawz already released the retribution album and the tracks are pretty good quality...you can order it online through their myspace...


Edit: oh ya..some of the songs are retail btw...
