Damn, so many years passed by, it honestly seems like yesterday I was listening to the radio when I heard that Pac had just passed.

Anyone remember the America's Most Wanted specials they did trying to find Pac's killer(s)? Those were the shit..when we would watch them back then, we'd all be like oh man, its only a matter of hours/days until the killer turns up.

And then 13 years later, still nothing.

Rest in Peace Tupac.
Still the greatest.

Since we should be celebrating:

Vibe special on 2pac: V Exclusive: Tupac Shakur -- The Lost Footage, Pt. I : VIBE.com

This is what Gobi calls his 'Life goes on' Video:

Random 2pac news: New Death Row Records Opens Snoop Dogg and Tupac Vaults - The Boombox

Bruce Hornsby ('Changes' sampled Hornsby's hit song, 'the way it is') 2pac mention: For example, he was an early Barack Obama supporter and was the guest of honor last year at an event featuring Michelle Obama. Perched at his piano, with hundreds of the area’s Democratic elite looking on, he introduced “The Way It Is” by calling the controversial, gun-toting rapper Tupac, who had sampled the record, a “seer and a prophet.” Not exactly the kind of statement you’d expect from a rock musician at a rally for an African American candidate whose campaign was lauded as “post-racial.”

“I loved Tupac’s music,” Hornsby said. “I once pulled up to a Chuck Robb event blasting Tupac’s greatest hits, and right as I got to the door, what came out of my speakers as my door opened was …” (Let’s just call it a steady stream of expletives.) “The hilarious thing was that the car attendants loved it, and everyone else was completely in horror.”

Remember, its our memories that also keep 2pac alive :D
