So 2pac wrote 6hours worth of music the night before he died

Just bought tupac- hiphop genious dvd,, they're interviewing all the producers and makavelli producers. They're talking about his last studio session,, (fridaynight) the night before the fight.

The Mike Tyson track,, all the engineers were in the studio and had thought that was the track they were meant to do,, pac comes in,, finishes the track,, and told the engineers to stay because he had another 6hours before he had to go to vegas.

other stuff,, makavelli 7daytheory, was not meant to be released in stores,, but rather an underground release.

Lots of funny stories, this one engineer, states that he's used to producing for rock groups that take their time,, so after pacs first track for the day,, he went out back for a break,, when he came pac, pac through his ryme book at him, and told him he'd kick his ass if he left like that again, lol

the track 'friends' was directed at Nas? hrmm thats what the engineer reckons. he reckons he told pac not to put it on his new album, then pac told him to pissoff, then 5minutes later pac comes in, and is like "take that shit off, this is my makavlli album" the engineer dudes like "i'm like ok,, i didn't even know what makavelli was" haha

2pac called his mum at the studio and told her that he slept with O.J simpsons daughter haha, what a thing to tell your mum

2pac originally auditioned to be signed at TNT with his group strickly dope. The group was eventually signed,, but things were not moving fast enough for pac,, so the group split up. 2pac was ready to quit rapping, and move to atlanta where he would become a member of some African panthers political group, if something didn't happen for him soon. Digital undergrounds manager (H, gregory?) then asked the group if they would take 2pac on the road with them as a roady. The rest from there we all know.

i thought originally,makaveli was gona just be swap meet thing get back to the street focus but then said fuck it and did the toss it up & to live & die, and videos and shit? he talked in interviews bout bein his dopest yet 12 trackz. frank talked bout pac & oj simpson daughter in his book, shock sumwhere talked bout pac havin to choose between the shit in atlanta or goin on road :thumb: good shit
