Well, i just got and watched the movie "The Freedom Writers", and found some cool 2Pac mentions in the movie.. This is probably old news to some or most of u here, but if it's not, then i advise u to seek this movie.
And it's like every time Pac is mentioned (positively) in a mainstream movie, it always gives me the chills, and a sense of pride.. I feel like Pac is appreciated, and that his message did get through. I feel happy to know that Pac's legacy lives on.. It's not the 1st time Pac is mentioned, and not only in the movies, but i'm also talking about articles, interviews, tv shows, etc... But when his poetry and lyrics are discussed (like in the freedom writers), it's always a nice feeling, and so i just wanted to share this with y'all!!
Oh, and btw, in the movie, u can also see a poster of "Strictly For My Niggaz" in the classroom, in many parts and scenes, and Pac is also credited in the ending credits for "Papa'z Song" of which some verses were recited by the students in the classroom, and also for "Keep Ya Head Up" which was actually played, and was the subject of discussion in the classroom (the teacher actually said that what Pac did was "sophisticated and cool", and this movie is based on true events

Anyways, that's all... If u haven't watched this movie yet, u should do it soon. It's a pretty cool movie, with a positive vibe and some decent music.
