Where Ever U R (Pacs flow is krazy)

#1
iv been listenin to this song lately, esp. the one of assassins mixtape. and yo tupacs verse on this is mad tight, i mean he flows like krazy, rips the beat and is off the hook. it kinda has that cant c me vibe (and theres not alot of them typa songs which pac has). I was thinkin could this be one of his dopest verses ever, with his unique abiltiy to flow? watch y'all think?

I've been curious about it, but I never really asked... the bootleg version that I bought many years ago was just the song, but the ones that hit the net a couple years later had the sound of a car engine starting up then driving away... who put that on? Just curious if someone knew.
