I feel you man, I've been there. When it happens just think of things you wanna do and you can do it. lol There was this one time it happened and I started thinking of this girl I went to college with. I started thinking of all the things I wanted her to do to me and all the things I wanted to do to her, then the next thing I knew she was there in my dream. Then we started to act out all my thoughts. Lol shit was crazy. lol

It can be scary at first but you just got to have fun with it.
It happened to me for a few weeks in a row.
I don't get it mush anymore but it's not that bad when it does happen.

Know one thing about Dreams. You are in control of everything no matter how bad your sub-conscious is fucking with you. You can never die, or be hurt in your dream. Lucid dreams are amazing. Once you learn how to control them, you're going to be like Neo in the Matrix. Ever had the "falling dream"?, I have, and I used to wake up right before I hit the ground, but not anymore! you know what happens when you finally hit the ground? Nothing, the dream goes on, and you have another adventure. It's amazing. I also fly each and every night in my dreams. If it was up to me, I'd have myself frozen and I'd dream for the rest of my life.

PS: OxyContin/Morphine/Fentanyl and almost any type of opiate makes dreams even more lucid for the simple fact that these drugs cause you to dream very vividly while being fully aware that you're still awake.

I got nightmares and this happens. Crazy.. I never remember my dreams, like unless.. I dunno, I rarely do. The ones that I remember, are usually nightmarish, and I control them.. When I was kid, I'd have dreams of the devil comin at me or some other crazy stuff. I'd try n wake up but I couldn't.. Those were some of the scariest moments of my life.

I hear you on that one. I must lucid dream all the time, because for the most part I am aware I am dreaming and live my dream out doing whatever I want because i am fully aware there will be no consequences when i wake up...there comes all different memories of regrets of things you didnt do that you are able to live out in your dream when this happens...It truly is amazing that feeling you get so i know exactly what you mean

Lucid Dreaming usually takes place in REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. There are five stages of
sleep. Stage 1 being the one you first enter, then followed by stage 2, 3 and 4. <<<<no shit...why else would u name em stage 1 2 3 4

.4. What purposes can Lucid Dreaming serve?
Those are so many. First of all, it is lots of fun. You can do whatever you feel like, without
putting yourself in danger, or spending a lot of money on journeys or expensive equipment. It
is great for therapy if you have any psychological problems. If you have a fear of spiders,
that fear can be conquered through Lucid Dreaming. You know you are totally safe in a Lucid
Dream. So you carefully begin with tiny spiders far away, and as you get used to them, you
might let them go closer and make them bigger. If there is something you want to get better at,
like Tennis or Snowboarding, then Lucid Dreaming can improve your skill. Lucid Dreaming can be
extremely powerful for motor skill enhancement. This is not only true because of the vividness
of the imagery, but also because the physiological nature of REM sleep is ideal for
establishing neural pattern without actual movement. Experiments also show that you can get
physically stronger with mental training. Lucid Dreaming can be used for healing if you have
any illness. If you wish to have your subconscious read at a rate of 1 million words per
minute, you can activate that in a Lucid Dream to gain conscious awareness over the knowledge.
You can meet the author of the book you just read in a Lucid Dream, and ask questions you are
seeking answers for in the book. Or you can sit down and watch the whole novel on a big screen
TV with cinema 3D sound. You can use Lucid Dreaming for solving a complex and difficult
problem, like mathematical problems. You can share a dream with a friend. Or even a whole group
of people. So you can hang out with your friends when you are sleeping too, not only when you
are awake. It is also great being a group of people trying to Lucid Dream. If you find your
friends in a dream, you can tell them that they are dreaming. This way can you help your
friends gaining Lucidity, and they might cause you to gain Lucidity if they find you. If you
have full conscious control over a dream can you also use it to travel in time. You can explore
the future. Even shared precognitive dreaming is possible. With a little practice can you also
use Lucid Dreaming to leave your body and explore the world. By doing this you can also meet
other spirits and travel in time. More about this can be found in the Out of Body Experience
FAQ.

ne 1 know if this isnt dangerous...hm...they say u can do whatever you want including puttin yaself in danger...Im saying what if u put urself in danger...in ya dream but u have a weak heart..ya know...Ive had this shit b4 being aware that im dreaming..but i always wake up in panic :|...So what I wanna know is..isnt lucid dreaming or whatever a bit dangerous even tho it is natural...

Yeah, I get this, very rarely though. I also get sleep paralysis occasionally which still scares the shit out of me when it happens.

I had a mad, mad dream a couple of weeks ago where i was falling asleep in a dream so there were 3 actual consciouses; reality, the dream and the embedded dream, and I kept waking and falling into each of them every couple of minutes. I had been out drinking before I slept so I was dehydrated and really wanted a drink so in each of the dreams I would drink a huge glass of water thinking that I had quenched my thirst then I would wake into the other dream to find it never happened and I dreamt it. I knew I was dreaming but I couldn't distinguish which was the real dream. I even woke for a couple of seconds a few times then fell back into the same dream.

It was fucking mad even if I can't explain it properly in writing.

The best way to lucid dream is when you're stoned and you're balancing being half-asleep and awake, you can sort of control what's happening. It's a tightrope and I could never hold it for more than a few minutes before totally falling asleep.

you guys should keep a journal next to you, and when you wake up write down what you dreamt about...i like to believe that their are symbols in dreams that we are given...otherwise they wouldnt be so incredibly rich with imagery and randomness... its fun to look up things that seem to stand out in your dream and that doesnt make sense..alot of these symbols are symbolic of emotional things going on in your life
