i feel as though Birmingham are really overachieving. i mean 5 wins in a row is it? that's the best form they've had since being in the PL. a team like blackburn should at least be picking points up on the road.

Birmingham will start losing soon and end up in the bottom half of the table.

3-0 win over Wolves reserve side. Meh..we have been so poor this season, even though we are joint top we have sucked. Valencia has scored more goals than I expected from him.

Wolves are a fucking disgrace. I didnt realise they had fielded a reserve team in that game last night. what a cunt McCarthy is. this league is a joke when there is shit like this going on. I wanted them to stay up because they have some Irish players but now i hope they finish rock bottom because thats what they deserve for being cowards. They gave the game to Man Utd before a ball was even kicked. Its like what that other cunt Neil Warnock did a couple of seasons ago. Its an absolute disgrace.

Just a quick question, what game was that? The Neil Warnock one? Because I remember he was moaning when Man Utd played a weakend team against West Ham at the end of the season and West Ham stayed up (It wouldn't of mattered as Sheff Utd lost anyway).

Oh was it Man Utd v Sheff utd? the 2-0?

The strongest Wolves' team would probably have been pwned too anyway.

No seriously, what a bizarre decision by McCarthy, it's not like Wolves don't need points.

heres what happened

Man Utd were playing Sheffield United on a Monday night. I think Man Utd were 3 points clear at the top with Chelsea in second. Warnock decided to field a weakened team and said that he hoped Chelsea wouldnt mind him resting players ahead of a crunch game against Wigan (i think) the following weekend. Wigan were also battling relegation. Manchester United were pretty awful that night and only won 2-0 against a weakened Sheffield United team. Who knows, a full strength Sheff. United team might have got a result that evening. As it turned out Man Utd won the league and Sheffield United got relegated. One result that went against Sheffield United was Liverpool losing 1-0 to Fulham. Liverpool were resting all their big players ahead of the champions league final. Warnock was furious afterwards and was complaining about Liverpool resting players, the hypocrite.

did i say that?

you missed my point completely.

read up on the Calciopoli scandal in Serie A btw. its not hard to believe that there could be corruption at the highest level of football. thats not what im saying here though.

my criticism is of Wolves and their manager. Yes, Man Utd's may still have beaten their best side but you would never know.Even if Man Utd still won, a stronger Wolves side might have made them suffer more for it. As it is, Man Utd picked up 3 points without much sweat. The fact that McCarthy fielded his reserve team conceded defeat straight away before a ball was kicked. thats what im sickened by. and there are others like him in premier league. When they go to Old Trafford, they dont even bother. Its also a kick in the teeth to the fans who travelled up to see the game.

If Wolves were playing Arsenal last night, would he have done that? i highly doubt it. The mentality of some of these guys sickens me.

Wolves can fuck off. Bottom of the league is what they deserve.
