If we drop points? if we draw tomorrow away to chelsea, its a good result.

I would say Man Utd will drop a more points seen as they arent as good as they were and arent playing too well, but they'll always have a helping hand when they need it.

Well yea, draw is the best result for us mathematically.

To be honest we have started the season better than we usually do, so if we can carry on with past trends where we start poor but gradually improve, then we have nothing to worry about.

no Ronaldo or Tevez though. They havent really been replaced either. Gigg's has been Man Utd best player so far.

I think Trappatoni has to swallow his pride and bring Andy Reid back. he played very well in that game and has been impressive so far this season.

Richardson gets sent off for nothing. His first tackle was not a booking and id hardly call that kicking the ball away for his second booking.
What would you call it?

and where did the 4 minutes come out of again? there were few injuries and stoppages. no way 4 minutes.
Were you watching the game on ESPN? Jon Champion timed the goal celebrations and the substitutions and came up with at least 3.

Yea they can get the points by playing badly because the officials give them some help every single time.

^^It seems that way to most neutrals and non Man Utd supporters.

i thought Richardson just kicked the ball back to where the free kick was to be taken. Nothing like what we've see from Rooney on a regular basis where he blasts the ball away in a fit of rage after the referee dares to give a free kick against him. :)

Most 'neutrals' hate Man Utd, The Jones goal is a legal goal but I bet if Man Utd scored that way there would be people saying "OMG HE FOULED THE KEEPER!!". People hate Man Utd so much they automatically get blinded by the bullshit accusations.

torres or terry could have at least got a goal for my team.

i missed the match because i was at work and then didnt get home in time for the second half.

Torres was poor. So was Gerrard. Johnson did well i thought. poor all round performance again though. I dont understand why Benayoun doesnt start. The sooner Aquilani can play the better. We need Agger back as well.

Chelsea will win the league.
It's between us and them I think. Difference is the midfield, we lack consistent central midfielders this season and the wingers (bar Giggs, if he can be classed a winger anymore), i.e Park, Valencia and Nani aren't performing at a high level.

ive said it many times, benayoun works so hard for the team and gets the most crucial goals for liverpool.

what's the situation with with riera?

i looked at the aston villa app on my phone to see a news article that randy lerner may sell the club onto billionaires, to take the club to the next level.

part of me would like this to happen, but THE main thing i want is for lerner to be in charge because he has handled the club extremely well.

secondly, it is unethical and thirdly i dont want to tarnish our history with winning silveware that will be deemed by everyone else as bought with money because people will remember the times when clubs buy their way to success.

also, apparently there was a clause in curtis davies' contract that says he was eligible to negotiate another contract after he played 60 games for villa. his future is a little uncertain now, after reports suggested that MON rejected this request and that he isnt happy with CD's agent.

he is more than a hard worker though. he is very skillful, creates chances and scores a few as well. Riera started and was absolutely shit.

In the streethop fantasy football league, who has the team the thundercocks? it just says fiddy cent. the fuckers on top as well.

There better not be someone with 2 teams. that would be cheating :)
