some interesting facts. only 2 managers in the duration of the whole club which has been 100+ years; but we cant always rely on past statistics because they dont really forecast the present or the future but is something to consider.

But one thing that we can forecast from past statistics is that Villa are and always will be shit :D
LOL

Sandeep is right though, football is a completely different game now and the loyalty that was shown in managers has gone.

Look at Rangers for example, we've had 12 different managers in our 137 year existence, while 4 of them have been in the past 11 years. Nowadays the lenght that Rafa has been at Liverpool would be considered above average.

But most Liverpool fans are extremely loyal towards Benitez. If he is sacked, it wont be because of pressure from Liverpool fans.

But yea what you say is correct. U reckon the Americans would sack him if they got the chance but i dont think they can afford to do that now.

Yeah i suppose most Liverpool fans would want the Yanks out before Benitez. I was reading the other day that he has a 4 year contract, worth around £4 million a year. Surely that can't be correct ?

oh yea bobby, try and change the topic just cos your team are fighting for a top 10 finish this season lol. people underestimate other clubs - for example, when ancelotti was amazed by villa's history when they were making their way out onto the pitch against us. i bet he didnt even know of our success. just because we're not competing for league titles like we were 15-20 years ago does not mean we are shit as you say. we've just been on a decline for long enough and now we are on the up again, re-building the club from the ground up - thanks to randy lerner who has been excellent since day one!

dont do that to me again, please... lol. you get me aroused.

notts forrest are another major club who are "sleeping giants", many people dont know they won 2 european cups.

The five teams to have beaten Liverpool in the league (so far) are Fulham, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Tottenham and Sunderland.

Fulham
Aston Villa
Chelsea
Tottenham
Sunderland

I think that's quite fitting.

Yeah, Forest are getting better now. The owners are still cocksuckers though. Staying in the Championship is an accomplishment relatively to what the team went through in the past few years...

All heard about Cuducini? Crashed his motorbike breaking his wrists and pelvis. He has suffered "life-changing" injuries according to the news.

Don't know if he'll play again although he is quite old now (for a professional footballer).
