^^ yes but if a player is on big money and is part of a successful team then its gonna be easier for them to remain loyal. Im not saying those guys arent loyal or anything. In fact, i reckon if Manchester United were relegated they'd stay at the club but the point im making is that other players have shown great loyalty in much more difficult circumstances.

Le Tissier was an extremely talented footballer. He has several opportunities to move to bigger clubs, earn bigger money and better his international prospects but he chose to stay and help Southampton fight relegation every season.

Totti hasnt won a whole lot at Roma apart from a Scudetto. He could have moved to one of the Milan clubs or Juve to earn bigger money but has stayed at Roma for all his career.

And as i said, Kiko stayed at Atletico after they got relegated in 2000 and played for nothing.
It's not like Roma are a "small" club. They are a pretty great club. I agree Juve is bigger, but Roma is like the Arsenal of Italy.

Bobby, let's see if you know everything about football...

Why was Matt Le Tissier eligible to play for any UK nation?

So West Ham won 2-0 against P'mouth.

Everton vs Sunderland wasn't a bad match.

City beat Stoke... Bellamy played 20 minutes, I was surprised.

Chelsea dropped two points against Birmingham.

Liverpool are bout to play Wolves...

Not a bad lineup knowing our situation, but I lolled @ this comment on Eurosport :
As expected, Alberto Aquilani makes his full League debut for Liverpool, starting in place of the banned and injured Mascherano. Dirk Kuyt is on the bench though - heaven forbid Aquilani, Torres, Gerrard, Benayoun AND Kuyt all starting together; Aurelio plays left midfield.

Arsenal turned the game totally around after Fabregas came on. Him and Arshavin are playing very well right now.

3-0 even. Arsenal is still the most fickle topside in the EPL. Going down against the likes of Sunderland and then brushing Villa aside.
