I didn't watch it. But our line up wasn't our strongest. The french lined up pretty close to full strength.

Although that is true. This French team has had a lot of changes since the World Cup, No Henry, Gallas, Toulalan, Evra, Anelka and are blooding younger talent. They still passed around England, it was embarrasing to see at times. England got the ball and quickly went for the killer pass, whereas France played one twos, triangles and totally dominated the game.

I can't comment so much. But I agree we need to seriously look at the whole English game from grass roots up. It's bad. Not amazingly bad as our u17s and U19s have shown. There is talent. We just need to make the leap from those levels to international level. That's where our problems are.

They were awesome against Bosnia... They are back I think. In a couple of months, when this new team is played in together, they will be one of the best teams in the world.

Kranjcar raped Malta.

i think Gerrard will be out for longer than that. they are saying he wont be back until christmas. hopefully ,Mereiles can play in his proper position now at least. we need some signings in January and a new manager. Krancjar might be a good signing. he is a good footballer. its been hard for him so far this season.

It's pretty much a sure bet that Niko's gonna leave. Not like he can't score... He's scored 4 goals in our last 2 qualification matches, and all quite nice ones. Redknapp just isn't using him.

Anyways... Bayern, Everton and L'pool are looking to pick him up. I'm hoping Liverpool grabs him.

^^he isnt using Corluka either. Hutton seems to be nailing down that rb slot. he has been playing well.

what the hell is up with Pleitikosa? has he played yet? why did he move there?

To be fair, Corluka has been utter shit. He had that spot on lock, but then he had a few bag games and Hutton stepped up. So, he only has himself to blame.

As for Pletikosa, he played in a couple of league cup matches. I don't know why he moved there to be honest, Redknapp has been trying to sign him for a few years now and he always wanted to play in the Premier, then he took a mean injury that put him out for 8 or 9 months. He hasn't been doing much since then... It was a bad move imo, he could have went to Germany for a mid-table team, but I guess the fact that there are 3 other Croats on Tottenham was a good enough reason for him to move.

I always thought Hutton was a good right back. Finally getting some games together for Spurs...
