petitions are useless. until people see what you're doing, no one will help. too many busters have had us make their websites or do their homework for them.

google is your friend.

The pettion is the small part man it's something to present online. Pettiton is like the 10 percent. I know about Pac just like the enxt cat.
But when u walk into an important business type meeting with people who never heard of him like polticians then you ened to present them with key information. I have searched even your site and I can't find the proper presentable info.

Like i said I will release more info and this a project that has NOTHING to do with MUSIC or WEBSITES.

The pettion will be up tomorow or by midnight Los Angeels time. The big meeting will occur next friday. We were speaking to some infleuntial polticians and business people in regards to this project and they said
So Why is Tupac Shakur important again almost in a laughing manner?
We told em by words and personal stories but they want to see FACTS and see results.
When u find out what this is about what I am saying will be clearer.

I don't know any of these figures or any of these details off the top of my head.

No offense or anything but I'm guessing it would take you about twenty minutes at the most to find your answers.

I'd recommend searching this forum and using google.

Hope you find your answers.

Interested to hear more info.

I really don't know what your petition is going to be about, but if it's something that you're going to bring to the attention of L.A. city and government officials, then you're nuts. Do you think they give a shit about a rapper who wasn't even really from L.A. and got gunned down in Vegas? Probably not. What do you want them to do, make a Tupac museum? Give him a holiday? Whatever it is, there's a 99% chance that it's not happening, and the fact that you are asking the members of this board for help will probably worsen your chances. I really doubt that more than 10% of all registered members have the charisma, charm, education, eloquence and intelligence to hold a conversation for more than 30 seconds with anyone in a position of power.

I can respect the fact that you appreciate Pac and want to celebrate his legacy, but in all reality, there are so many books, DVDs and dedication CDs about Pac that we don't need another one that probably won't bring anything new to the table, other than another fan's perspective.

sounds interesting, I read a few days ago on enyclopedia (which is usually considered as reliable) that Pac has sold 67 million units, but from what I on, in reality its way less, like 38 mill albums in reality.
prolly they included maxi singles sales too in it.

No 2Pac alone that I know has sold atleast 40 million albums in the US according to RIAA.com.

Well if you look up 2pac under "2 pac" his sales I believe add up to 36 million, well it says 36 million on the "All Time List". You ask where the other 4 million sales are? Well I dont think the RIAA knows that 2Pac and Makaveli are the same artists so they dont add the 7 day theory's album sales to 2Pac's album sales. On their site is says "7 day theory" has sold 4 million. hope that helps.

I'll be more than likely to help. I'm glad to participate in anything supporting pac. As long as it's keeping his legacy alive, I won't bitch and moan because I know I wouldn't be happy if there weren't too many sites and people out there representing for Pac. Good luck with your venture. And I hope you get what you are seeking for.

To: Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Walk of Fame Selection Committee
We are committed on getting Tupac Shakur a posthumous star on the Hollywood walk of fame . It would be a fitting tribute to a modern day legend who passed before his time. We will officially present this petition to members of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce as well as the honorary major of Hollywood Mr. Johnny Grant who is the head of the Hollywood Walk of Fame selection committee.Tupac Shakur known to millions of fans worldwide as 2pac was a true modern day icon.As far as popularity Tupac Shakur can easily be placed under the same category as Elvis Preslley. 2pac accomplished so much in the music industry and in entertainment in general that even nine years after his untimely death he still a remains a power full presence in society. Besides selling countless number of records and breaking worldwide marks for music sales 2pac also left a lasting impact on society. His poems, and musical work have been studied in various schools with courses on 2pac being taught in numerous colleges ranging from UC Berkley in Northern California, to the University of Florida, and the historic Morehouse college in Gerogia. It would take twenty plus pages + to list all of 2pac's accomplishments as a power full entertainer and a beloved human being. We encourage all members of the rap communitty to step up partcipate and spread the word. This pettion and moveemnt to get Tupac Shakur a much deserved star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is being organaized by Muszamil a protege of the late Tupac Shakur and a member of his extended family. We thank you all for participating and for your support.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned

Bombsquad do you have a link to the New Reports of All Eyez On Me selling 15 million? RIAA.com has the album only at 9 million and I have researched other sites that say 9 million aswell. get at me with a link.

Hmm... that's actually a pretty interesting idea. It's going to be tough to convince whoever to give Pac the green light, but hell, Bruce Lee's got one. Good luck with that.
