Yes you can exchange & you do have to pay for shipping it back to him, but this is typical with anything retail. For example, if you order something from Bestbuy and you want to exchange it or return it, they always make you pay for shipping back to them.

Just hit Riskie up on his email at riskie@thainkwell.com and tell him your from streethop and you want to replace your print. He can tell you the details better than I can.

I'm not hating on your work. That cover is the best CD cover of all time in my opinion. It's actually my favorite painting of pac period. As I think I mentioned in another thread or to someone on AIM. The painting is amazing work. I give you all the credit in the world for the painting. I'm just hating on the price thats all. If it was cheaper I woulda for sure bought one. I'm entitled to speak my opinion. Don't get it twisted. I'm not taking anything away from the painting.

step 3 - reveal that more are being sold than advertised initially
step 4 - drop the price over $50

While I'm happy that I have the poster, I have to admit that I'm displeased about even more copies of this poster being sold, and at such a low price. Had I known, I would've just waited for the unsigned version and saved myself some cash, especially since the beginning we were informed that the posters would be printed in "limited" numbers (250, I was thinking maybe 100) and would only be up for sale for a short period of time.

Don't get me wrong, Riskie, I'm really happy that I have this poster and I think it's great, as I've said many times before, but this next move is pretty unfair to those of us who willingly forked over the $70.99 back in July. It's almost as if we got punished for acting quickly on what we thought would be a limited-time deal.

No love lost though. I just wished all the options were present from the get-go.

i didn't buy the poster because it was so expensive. i might pick it up at the new price though.

that said, i do agree with Dante's and DeezNuts' points. it doesn't bother me cause i'm not losing anything, lol, but Riskie could have handled this more delicately. that's just my outsider's opinion though, so no need to get pissed with a customer prospect.
