Anyone get that Facebook invite for the messaging thing that combines email, SMS, etc. into one inbox? I applied for it but never heard back. Just wanted to try it out. I'm sure I'd give up on it after the first day.

Jokerman liked one of my posts recently on FB. Wonder if he knows it was me.

I have the new facebook messaging. It's better than the old one. Better spam filters, and IM's show up in the Inbox as well. Before they'd just disappear with no record of them. I'm not using the facebook email though and I have no intention of doing so.

So it's at least useful in some way then? I was scared it was just another pointless thing Facebook introduced. Good to know.

You know who hasn't posted in a while? Duke. I have a video I need to show him of our Alpina and I have a questioned related to cars regarding the video.

Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there...with Duke. Come on out, you son of a bitch.

Yeah it seems a lot better. I couldn't even use Facebook messaging before. Too much spam. Sometimes 10-15 messages a day. Now all the spam messages aren't showing up in the Inbox but in another folder called "Other Updates". I don't know how it knows what is spam and what isn't, but seems pretty accurate so far.

Oh. I never get spam. Seems it happens when you put something on Marketplace to sell and fake buyers come up. But other than that, I've managed to keep my inbox clean.

On Top Gear you see flames come out of an exhaust, usually on Ferraris and Lambos when they take them around the track. Is that misfire...backfire? Or is it simply unused fuel being burned on the next ignition cycle of the pistons? Or is it all the same thing?

And is it necessarily bad that it happens? And do you need a race exhaust (or something equally as unrestrictive and free-flowing) in order for this to happen?

You hear the stutter at about 12-14 seconds? That was only at about 4500 RPM. Why??!
