You're correct, that has been a title thrown around recently. supposedly with Fatal on it also.
Nice... yet another Pac and Fatal song... I'm guessing that Alanis was doing the hook.

So it's plausible that Madonna could have made the connection.
I remember hearing a rumor that Pac and Madonna fucked, probably back in '93 or '94. Supposedly the night it happened, while Madonna was sleeping Pac quietly called up one of his boys (I think it was either Treach or someone from Digital Underground) to tell them the good news. And also on page 96 of Frank Alexander's Got Your Back book, it has a couple paragraphs about Pac suggesting to Frank that he and Madonna had slept together.

thats where u go wrong. a nigga has all colours, it's in a nigga's heart where love for the black stands.
see it like its in the heart where a man keeps major love for his family tree, and its not like you have to hate or despite things that arent part of your family tree, a man always show love.
cuz in the end we all have 1 main family to carry on, that be our own. all the rest of the world it's an extended family and its a conditional love relationship.
and then its about hearts. you only know a brother when u get to know his heart, if we look at skins we'd be all stereotyping whats different and whats not till the end.
damn....

loe and behold i creep into this thread and see one of the least intelligent posts of the 06.
here we go...

I truely and honestly doubt that Alanis did a collab with Pac.
she didn't. she has confirmed that she didn't work with him several times.

EriMakaveli said:
Frankly, she is white; what is she doin in Pac's area in Cali ( i doubt if the song were real it would be pre-deathrow), what is she doin near deathrow?
gee, what's she doing in hollywood? your statement doesn't make their meeting up implausable, but rather it makes you look uninformed and a believer of stereotypes. pac was rubbing shoulders with the celebs of his day, actors and musicians alike. do you really have such a distorted view of the man that you think he'd have just stayed in a one bedroom apartment with his boys because he's "keeping it real?" come on, man.

EriMakaveli said:
Where would pac find time, between trying to finish unfinished tracks and making new ones at an extreamly fast rate, find the time to hook up such a collab, or was Alanis just in the neibourhood at the right time?
the collaboration was meant to be on the gridlock'd soundtrack, which pac was to be the executive producer and had a lot of creative vision for. he had wanted it initially to be a single cd that blended the death row roster with alternative and unlikely collaborators, and later expressed an interest in making it a double cd that merged the alternative/rock world with gfunk. there are several interviews and gridlock'd press releases to substantiate this.

where would pac find the time to draw up plans of opening a restaurant with alanis? alas, that took place too.

EriMakaveli said:
Also, unless Pac didn't ACTUALLY record the track with her, how would Pac have the patience to wait for her to make up a verse?????
that's just stupid. alanis is a highly intelligent person who likely wouldn't have dumbed herself down with pot, requiring 2pac to ghost-write her lyrics, unlike some other people we all know.

the thoroughness of your idiocy astounds me.

the track where she just talks was cut from Still i rise. reminise was the title.
completely untrue. that tracklist was fan made and fooled a lot of pipedreamers.

fyi, madonna was offscreen watching pac in the mtv special in which he was interviewed by tabitha soren (and used as the bulk of the resurrection narrative audio), so that dates when they were kicking it.

But, a rapper who was on the track reminisce confirmed it existed, or well he confirmed a track with commentary of people speaking on pac existed, so i figured it must be reminisce. and alanis did say once that she didnt work with pac, but because i thought it was confirmed that a track exists, she was lying or the track was made after he died. which makes reminisce seem more likely. i thought you were the one that confirmed a track existed. maybe pac sampled her vocals?
