I never understood what Pac was refering to when he said Biggie sounded like him, or what he stole from Pac.
If Pac has one fault, or downfall, it was his perception of people biting him, to say Biggie sounded like or stole from Pac is borderline delusional!

If you recall the In His Own Words interview entitled "What Happened", he said "Listen to 'Party and Bullshit'. Listen to his style. Changed from that to 'Big Poppa'... Biggie had just took my shit."

Basically how Pac felt was that Biggie had a shoot-em-up style (evident in "Party and Bullshit" and "Dead Wrong" as well, which was recorded before Ready to Die) and switched it to the style that Pac had, which encapsulated the thug, the player, the man coming to grips with the possibility of death, etc. perhaps.

Thats a matter of opinion, personally from listening to what Pac was saying I take it that he thought Biggie knew he was gonna get hit but didnt warn him from fear of retaliation from the same people. Also Biggie didnt approach Pac about the situation.
As far as Pac saying he took his style, I think it may be more to do with Biggies album and the subjects and kind of concept he went with it. I'm not sure though this has always puzzled me as Biggie has a completely different flow and style than Pac.
