Computer Question

I have Microsoft Works and I have a document that I attached to an email and sent to one of my old professors. He replied and told me he was unable to open it. I'm thinking maybe he has Microsoft Word and not Microsoft Works?

He's older and not very good at computers. Is there another way I can send it to him or am I gonna have to resort to printing it and delivering it to him personally?

I think not many people have it installed on their pcs. I think it's not even included advanced Microsoft Office packs.

You should use Word for text editing.

He can open it if he downloads a free converter and installs it, but since he's not that good with computers the telegraph will have to do. How's your Morse code?

for those who have "microsoft equipt" and have been receiving "verify your account" messages they will be discontinuing microsoft equipt on april 31 or someshyt and you have to fill out a form and they will send you a copy of microsoft office 07

that maybe why he cant read it because i cant do nothing on my word right now

i tried the works to word converter, it apparently downloaded but i can't find it on my computer. i also tried saving it as a word file and it turned it into a file on Adobe Reader but when i tried to open that an error popped up saying it couldn't be opened. the file is much too long to copy and paste into the email. this blows.

If you want, you can email me the Works file and I'll convert it to Word and send it back to you or email it straight to your professor, if you want.
