I'm pretty sure it does. If I remember correctly, Bizzy Bone intended for Confessions to be on his debut solo album Heaven'z Movie, but Seals & Croft didn't allow him to use the sample, which is why it didn't appear on the album and why Bizzy Bone dissed them in the album's liner notes under the "Fuck You's" section.

I Think Bizzy Meant To Sample The Isley Bros. Version, But Couldn't Get The Sample Cleared Because They Originally Sampled Seals & Croft.
