did pac had any plans

wonder if pac had any plan for all his unreleased songs he made while he was on deathrow records, would they still be released if he was alive today,or his plan was just making these songs to end that 3 years contract he signed wit deathrow
and what if it was true that he said he was goin 2 stop rappin after 97, should that 'pose to mean none of these unreleased songs or any song from him would never see the shine while he was alive

A number of them were done based on the contingency of Pac possibly going back to jail (he was out on bail pending appeal after all), or dying (think about the intro to Letter 2 My Unborn)

A lot of them were obvious studio scraps created based on the fact that Pac was a workaholic and laid verses as he came up with them.

Pac never said he was going to stop rapping in 97 or any set date. He said at some point he'd consider only dropping an album every 5 years or so, but he obviously had too many major plans with Makaveli Records, putting the Outlawz on etc. to cease music by the end of 97

I think he would've hit the mixtape circuits with the majority of the songs he created. I could see him releasing 20-30 mixtapes with the outlaws trying to create a buzz for the newly found Makaveli but for the Outlaws being the main reason. I believe he created music for his therapy and to pass time, so once he would've been straight and had a better mindset, I think he would've gone out and created new material.

In the ressurection book, there is a checklist of his that says something along the lines of "serve 120 days for not working with roadcrew from 94." Also in an mtv interview form 96, the announcer says something about pac going back to jail for 4 months, I think the narrator is referring to the note I mentioned above. Is that some / all of the evidence showing if his future would be incarceration?

yep, you got it - but the rape case wasn't behind him yet and he'd have likely served a significant stint when he was finally sentenced. out on bail doesn't denote innocence of course.

yep. pac was pretty screwed whenever his trial was to finally come around... he was pretty much everything that the courts dislike with his assault on orlando, a history of not complying wiht court orders, and a high profile "gangsta" rapper who promoted a negative lifestyle. they would have thrown the book at him. hey, if keith murray got like 5 years for throwing a bar stool you know pac was fucked. ...which is interesting to me how pac said he'd never go back to jail. makes you wonder if he had the intention of being an outlaw for real. that opens up a huge can of worms... would the government block any royalties from his projects if he was a fugative and would people have shunned him for running?

yep he said himself he not going back to jail from something he didnt do, obviously refering to the rape case, think it was the shooting range interview and he mentioned it in the several songs, the shooting range interview where he holding the gun and he says this one is for the police if they come try and take me away/lock me up for something i didnt do, he looked pretty serious, was this interview shown on t.v. back then or was it only on the thug immortal/angel dvd

I'm gonna have to disagree here. The rape case was still a possiblity, but there's a good chance that the court's decision would've been reversed. Reason being that the rape charges were initially dropped, and there was a stink regarding the whole trial in the first place (shady testimony & witnesses, crooked cops, etc). When he was out on bail, his celebrity status exploded far beyond what it was before he went to jail.

This is, of course, if the Orlando incident had never occured. He would've definitley done some time for that.

exactly what i thought when i watched it, i was like they cant have shown this on tv back then, cuz if they did the police woulda had something to say bout that,in all his interviews this one made me realise that pac didnt really give a fuck
