Well proving and disproving only gives me the truth. I've seen evidence on both sides myself. Of course like all of us I've saw scientists and whoever blow some of the 'haunted house' stories to threads but I've also been part of ghost-like activities. It COULD have been energy or whatever. Maybe I enhaled something (numerous times) that caused me to see, hear, feel things that weren't there. I can't prove that this didn't happen either.
For the moment I believe in ghosts only because of experience. Not because ghost stories or movies or some shit I saw on tv.
I'm sure you see believers as ignorant because they automatically lean toward the notion that this could be true. But it's a little stupid to see us ignorant for the same thing you've done. Leaning toward the "not real" side and sticking to it. I'm in the middle. Only because I believe science can provide answers. They may not provide them now and I may never know in my lifetime but they will get the answer and all of our ignorance (mine and yours) will be gone. Oh happy day :thumb:
