I don't believe that. Supermodels have the biggest feet. They would look ridiculous carrying a 5'10" frame on little size 5 feet. The women I've met with small feet are usually short and chubby. Narrow hips mean undefined waist to me. I also read a study that said our feet are growing 1 size each decade...so what would be considered big in the 50's is not really that big now. The average size in the 50's was a 5.5 and now it's a 9.
