As the world waits for the reclusive producer's delayed DETOX album - his first release for six years - Rhymes reveals the rapper's biggest problem is deciding which tracks to release from his archive. Rhymes admits Dre has a "vault" of impressive rap material dating all the way back to his N.W.A. beginnings that will become his legacy. He says, "Dre got a big safe with a big combination lock. if i remember about pac's beef with (like suge blowin up his shit), was that he said dre didn't produce anymore....he let others do the work and if it hit he'd take the credit.....or something like that...so i doubt if he has any pac work.....and that "vault" is only INSTRUMENTALS....i remember dre talking about it somewhere on mtv, how he had maddddddd amounts of DAT....laying around somewhere........

he says he has eazy e/nwa and death row tracks. why would he release instrumentals from the 80's and 90's without unreleased vocals that were recorded on the beats

If Dre does in fact have his masters from the DR days, he should go through and put out anything of quality. Especially if anything is left from the old days with Snoop in particular.
