Besides soy, rice, almond, and oat milks, there’s also Brazil-nut milk, cashew milk, macadamia milk, and hemp milk. Hemp milk is kind of new, but it’s really good. The hemp is grown in Canada, where’s it’s legal. Good in omega-3 oils. It’s hard to find the other nut milks commercially outside specialty stores, but you can easily make them yourself, as I do. All you need is a blender, raw nuts of choice, cheesecloth, and water. You can add coconut milk or oil to them for creamier taste. There’s all kinds of good recipes out there for them, plus, you can mix and match nuts to your taste.
Keco- As Casey said, all soy milk brands taste somewhat different, so if you don't like one try another. It’s also worth looking for almond milk because the taste is addictive, to me at least
Jeremy- Milk 3 times a day is a lot. I use soy milk with protein powder. Since the powder has its own flavor, chocolate or whatever, even if you don’t like the taste of soy, it doesn’t matter. Try it.
However, if you’re going to use soy milk, get the ones that say organic on them. 90% of soybeans are now genetically modified Monsanto shit that is potentially very bad for us. Big Agribusiness manages to ruin everything sooner or later. You can also easily make soy milk yourself.
Another idea most people haven’t considered is why do you need any kind of milk? Because the food industry addicted us to dairy milk and sugary cereals as children? We really shouldn’t be eating any kind of cereals, and we shouldn’t be drinking liquids while we eat solid food. Except for a sip or two during meals if you need to, drink a half hour before or after a meal. Liquids hold up digestion if eaten with meals and most foods have enough water in them. You will not choke. Chew properly and you won’t need it. I never drink with meals and don’t give it a second thought. I also rarely burp.
