Its seems that they celebrate it more in the USA than they do here lol.
No, not really. In Quebec City there's not a lot of Irish descendants. The ones who are, speak french.

People celebrate it here at night though... Mostly because the Irish and the French fought the English for 300 years in Quebec.

It makes more sense that Patrick - Patty than Patrick - Paddy. I'm not going to argue which one is right because I don't care enough.

maybe it makes more sense but it isnt right. I have an uncle whos name is Patrick. everyone calls him Paddy. Its the same for every other Patrick i know. there is no argument whether you care or not lol. You are 100% wrong :)

have you ever heard of the singer Paddy Casey?

maybe not because he sucks
