simple pre version which was intentionally to be continued...I just guess that people are TOO QUCIK in calling any SLIGHTLY different sounding version of a 2Pac songs ORIGINAL VERSION! SO, what ya think about this HWO DO YOU WANT IT ??? If the version where Pac does teh hook himself (without KC Jojo) is really the OG, then this means, KC & Jojo must have been added later and that they werent really planned originally for that track... but prolly they were and Pac just couldnt wáit to get the rest recorded with Johnny J FIRST as a sort of preparation...so what ya think, does this version deserve to be considered OG version ???

it was a demo cut. very seldom are everyone in the same place at the same time when a song is recorded. pac discusses how do u want it and the selection of k-ci and jojo in the kmel uncut interview.

In the making of All Eyez on Me from XXL it says that originally it was supposed to be Pac singing the hook but it didnt sound too good so Simon suggested that Kci and JoJo sing the hook.

This is the story of almost all "so called OGs" which were in fact unreleased because they were unfinished and unmixed...and needed to be finished.

Well, this is an interesting thesis from you...but, altough this may be true for songs as 'Wherever U R', 'Struggle Continues' or 'My Block' you SURELY cannot claim that as fasr as songs are concerend such as 'TDGAFAU', 'Just Watchin' or 'Brothaz At Armz' - these OG unreleased leaked versions are most definitely compeleted.

There is always something to add or to remove on a song that is unreleased...Look at what they did with Dear Mr President OG and the retail version...

"How Do You Want It"
Featuring K-Ci and JoJo
Produced by Johnny J

Dave Aron: Danny Boy was originally on the hook. I already had it mixed. And at the last minute. 'Pac wanted to put K-Ci and JoJo on it. Maybe that was a decision between him and Suge and whatever I don't know.

K-Ci: One night we were sitting in the crib, and Suge Knight gave me a call, 'cause we real good friends with Death Row family and everything. They asked us would we like to do a song with 'Pac, and we were like, "Hell Yeah, why not?" That's our boy. So we got in the studio that same night, actually, that we got the phone call. Man, we were just tripping in the studio, having fun. If y'all read between the lines, y'all know what we was doing up there. [We] had the girlies up in there, doing our thing. The song came out blazing. The funny part was at first, when 'Pac was trying to sing it, trying to teach us how it go. I was like, "I see where you're trying to go, 'Pac, but it's not sounding too good." Anyway, then we heard him doing his rhyme, and we're like, "Man, we got to rip this, because he came strong."
