If you don't know who Qaddafi is, you really need to read up.
If 'murdered my friends' was not just lyrics, it could be a reference to Stretch. Not saying that 2Pac is claiming that he had killed him, but that Stretch had died because of him.
As for, 'in Jamaica, sippin' daiquiris' - what is the big deal? Oh, people say they've seen Tupac in Jamaica....if they hadn't would you care?
