anybody know their rights to do with police in the uk. i got assaulted, i went for the bloke who got me, got cuffed, i been hospital, my wrists are more bruised than normal cuffin, i got dragged into the cell, thrown to the floor, stripped completly naked. made to go sleep on a shitty floor naked, . I mean where do i stand, can they strip you, Why the fuck did they strip me, I know they have to take belts and shoes of, but all my cloths and my underwear? I mean are they batty gay fucks or what. let me know what information you know, cuz i wanna file a complaint. i am fed up with the way police are treating people.

Bit of advice. Take it as a lesson learnt. It's not worth the hassle making a complaint. I've been robbed everytime I've been in a police cell, always take my watch or phone or jewelry, etc. But I learnt it's probably just easier to behave myself.
Plus I don't let them have the satisfaction that they got one over. And even though I might be a snitch and proud on 2pacboard.com, in real life I wouldn't even grass on the Police. And I got kicking off 2, although it was well deserved.

People like you allow the police to do this. If you complained, you't take some time to do something worthwile. Maybe you won't be protected from them, but someone else may.

You can't stay quiet about an injustice. Speak your mind and have them change their ways.

its a bit dodgy but i got pussed over from behind by some man, for some strange reason, my mate who was with me witnessed that and so did the pigs. but i went for this bloke after i got up, but the police stopped me (luckily) then they thrown two charges on me, 1) anit social behaviour, and 2) pissing on the street, which i never did.

So technically i have done nothing wrong. i will probaly get a fine . but the problem is anotehr friend who was with me ran in a pushed one of the pigs, so he got arrrested for assualting a pig, so he will get fucked. but its a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Its not worth your time complainging, you have little chance of your complaint been taken seriously and if it is, it turns into your word vs theirs.

I'd imagine you probably get off with a warning, and if it does end up going to court, then yeah a fine.

Your mate might get away with it, depends on his previous and if there is CCTV. A friend of mine had a full on fight with 2 old bill, and he got away with it due to CCTV showing them fighting back, they may even have started it. He got away with a warning.

Maybe. But I think they have a hard job and that the small amount of Police that are wrong is far out weighed by decent coppers. Also I can't be fucked to waste my time, I accept I probably deserved it. But this was a few years back and thankfully I've grown up, and now I care about a criminal record. I may want to emigrate one day, and I'm also checked yearly at work, even something as petty as assault or affray will end up with me losing my job.

yeah well i decided to complain now, i have to, i went court today, and i pleaded not guilty, its ajurned for 4 weeks, so i gotto get a lawer. shit thing is though i DONT get legal aid, fucking hell i am gonna have to find 400 g's to pay for all this shit, and its over a minor offence, . fucking shit country.
