My booklet says, Writen by T. Shakur, Johnny Jackson, Chanette Higgens, Channoah Higgens, Michael Jackson.

My guess would be Chanette Higgens.

Don't have mine with me, but there is usually a "backround vocals by:" thing, unless 2PacThug4Life was right and she is credited there

I think it is both of them, but check the part where it says "background vocals" I think I remember reading in the booklet before where it listed some no-name vacalist's
