Tupac wouldn't be the top selling rap artist to date if it wasn't for white people...Tupac didn't rap just for "HIS" people he rapped just for people black, white, brown whatever he rapped about the struggles you face living in the ghetto and it's not only black people living in ghettos...but what i didn't like about the album apart from the fact that it was old school lyrics thrown on new school beats was Tupac saying shit like 'G Unit in the mutha fuckin house"
I'm not saying it's only black people that live in ghetto's, I'm white and I live in a pretty rough area and I'm sure other people do on this board. Respect your oppinion though.

Yeah I forgot to mention about Eminem changing Tupac's lyrics and making it seem as if he said shit that he really didn't. Alot of people got angered by that too because Em was trying to make it something it wasn't.

Man I'm actually agreeing with Morris, who woulda funked it
We're all here as Pac fans, so you're going to agree with me on something at some point.

Anyway, Bank Robber hit it right on the head. This album is a disgrace to Pac's name. It was a fucking Shady Records advertisement than anything else. If I ever hear Lloyd Banks on a Pac track I'll lose my mind.

The reason why I think the recently released album 'Loyal To The Game' is hated on so much is because of the envolvement of Eminem (especially black people), because they feel that this is not part of Pac's legacy.
Maybe Eminem and GUnit just suck?

it was just a shady mixtape that went wrong, even a six year old producer could handle it better than this gayish faggot named eminem....

no respect 4 afeni after butchering the legacy

p.s.: eminem said he only need a few days to do the album - how disrespectful!

I didnt like LTTG cuz the computerized beats didnt suit Pac. His vocals were slowed down, sped up, and high pitched. The collaberations were shit! And his words were twisted. It aint note to do with white or black. Pac didnt care who listened to his music.

"It aint about black or white because were human. I hope we see the light before its ruined" - Tupac Shakur - Ghetto Gospel (song)

"[something about it not just being black people he reached] half my fans are white."

Tupac also said that he loved black people and that's who his music was aimed to, and I didn't say his music was only for black people and he wanted to make it totally unlistenable to white people, I'm saying that's where his music points to mostly.

Think the shit is a bit more deeper then this ... maybe it has to do with loyalty to the ppl that help build his character ... maybe it has to do with royalties ... maybe it has to do with selling to teenage kids with beats that make you think of necklesses that have spinning emblems on them lol .... and fuck tha dope ass old school beats .. either way this is what we got so might as well enjoy the songs the way they where put out and search high and low for the OG's.

blame afeni,i respect her but at the end of the day it is her fault, she might not no much bout hip hop but she could have asked an industry insider for help, i mean, i doubt its hard to find someone that could have given her a list of producers.

heres how i would have done it.

1.get someone to give me a list of producers who have had a lot of history(worked wth various artists)

2.send each of these producers accapellas and a letter informing them that a pac album is in the making and if they want to be involved produce some beats for the acapellas.

3.recive the beats and get a panel of judges(Pac fans, mature ones that have a vast knowlege of hip hop and pac) to decide whether or not it matches pac style.

i kind of feel the reason that afeni selected em comes down to 2 things.

1.He said he would do it for free
2.Hes eminem, his name = sales.

If it was up to me, I would have the producers who actually worked with Tupac on every album, keep the original artists on the songs, maybe change some of the beats if they seem a little outdated, that way your still keeping it true and it sounds like an actual Tupac song, not some remix what a producers done to make it comparison to the pop charts.

ok ill tell you why the album is complete shit. If you gave any of these intenet remixers like Jigz, Rizzles, Dante or anyone the opprtunity to make 3 plus albums with Dr.Dre and have access to the best studios and engineers money can buy and have Nate Doggs talents, then see what they come up with. Is this the best he could do? MOTHERFUCKER ARE YOU SERIOUS! from a production standpoint its begginer standard and amateur at most. It is so BADLY made that I dont have the words.
