So, its being treated as a homicide now? My Dad's a surgeon and he's so shocked with all the talk of the reported anesthesia been used in a domestic scenario.
Basically he says its one of the most f!"£$d up (not his words) things a Dr. can do. He can't believe what is being reported. In his opinion, it shouldn't even be considered as manslaughter. It's murder coz the Dr knew exactly what he was doing.
Yeah, I doubt he intended to kill him, esp. if he just gave Michael what he asked to be given. But he can still be charged with felony murder or criminally negligent manslaughter, esp. if he's not licensed in that state or used the drug or drugs inappropriately. But let's wait for the coroner's report.
