MADRID, Spain (AP) - AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has called Real Madrid's new administration "bandits" for attempting to lure Brazilian midfielder Kaka to the Spanish club.

Galliani addressed his remarks to Madrid's new president Ramon Calderon, sports director Predrag Mijatovic and his assistant Franco Baldini.

"Milan declares war on Madrid, you can write it like that, and we will do everything to make its life impossible," Galliani told the sports daily Marca on Wednesday.

"I have loved Madrid since 1950 because it has been, is and will be the greatest club in the world, above all because of its great style. But now it has spoiled everything."

Calderon, who was declared the winner of the club's presidential elections on July 3, pledged to sign Kaka during campaigning. The player is under contract with AC Milan until 2011.

Madrid has reportedly continued its attempts to lure Kaka, hoping he will be unsettled by Italy's match-fixing scandal.

Milan's difficulties diminished Tuesday when an appeals court allowed the club to compete in next season's Champions League and reduced its points deduction to eight points to start the season.

"It's obvious Kaka isn't going to leave here, but if he did it wouldn't be to Real Madrid," Galliani said. "None of us is going to sit down and talk to them because what they are doing isn't normal between great clubs."

Since Calderon's victory, Madrid has signed defender Fabio Cannavaro and midfielder Emerson from Juventus. Juve's relegation was confirmed Tuesday.

Real Madrid is the next Chelsea or vice versa? :fury:

But it has always been like this. Most big teams always have the advantage but this one should be a tough one for Kaka himself. I really dislike how teams try to unsettle another player to persuade that player to switch team. It's a dirty tactic and I wish they could've done it the right way.

Personally, I would like to see Kaka stay with AC Milan though as Kaka is one of their player originally and he had recently signed an extension contract before or during the World Cup, so it would be kind of odd to switch teams now. I fully understand where the madness and frustration of AC Milan came from. You should never sign a contract if you're heart isn't with you all the way.

I've always liked Fernando Torres but now I really like him even more because of his loyalty to Atletico Madrid. Respect right there. :thumb:

By the way, Inter Milan have been handed the title for 04-05 Serie A season.

Peace~

Big clubs always act like this but somehow Galliani find out himself offended. He showed in the past that he'll do anything to keep Milan strong and always comes clean out of that. But, this last time, he's banned for 9 months from football. His days as the president of Lega Calcio are over...
I must mention that Cannavaro is not officially the member of Real's squad beacause the negotiations with Juventus aren't finished. Juventus president pointed that...
Inter didn't deserve the title. They spend so much money but at the end their results are awful. The worst team on the planet!

Real Madrieds president (Calderon?) have apologized already and said that he dont want it with Milan

Galiani have accepted the appology but he said forget about Kaka but Miatobitch seams to still love his nature as being a bitch (yeah it's a lil old but am just lazy to post).

By the way there is something missing in FlipMo's article. Galiani said that the beef with Real Madried's current administration not the club.

No, he didn't play for either of that teams. In his career he played for these clubs: Buducnost Podgorica (Montenegro), Partizan Beograd (Serbia), Valencia (Spain), Real Madrid (Spain), Fiorentina (Italy) and Levante (Spain).
