Nick Broomfields Biggie & Tupac

F. Alexander putting his special cowboy suit on to entice a hardon out of Nick Broomfield.

The rapper at the meeting with that man who had tureetes wasnt necessarily Pac.

The documentary showed one side of Pac, his Thug side.

Of course he wanted to make money off this wtf? He is a good documentarian tho.

I always wondered whether Pac would have had Biggie killed in the event of his own murder???

How do you draw up that conclusion?

I Think his book is a good read.

Frank Alexander's heterosexuality is well documented in that book.
... Not mentioning the part where Frank recalls watching Tupac run around the room naked, describing what his man hood looks like.

Why put that in a book?

Exactly. He could've just said Pac had a big wang, he didn't have to go into detail and shit, talking about "brotha's got a big dick" and describing the scene and all that, taking two pages or something to sum it up.

And let's not forget about how Frank Alexander makes shit up:
Got Your Back, page 198: Frank talks about the picture of Pac when he got shot the first time, saying that Pac was "flashing the Westside sign" (when he was clearly flipping the camera off... apparently Frank needs glasses)
Welcome to Death Row: Frank puts his hands out about six inches apart, saying that that was how close the white Cadillac was to Suge's BMW when they dumped on Suge and Pac (I really doubt it was that close, if it was then the guns would've been inches from Pac's head and his brains would've been all over the dashboard and Suge would've gotten killed too)

Really though, do any of you think B.I.G. was rubbing it in when he went to California so soon after 2pac death? Coz I think the song Going Back To Cali was taking the piss aswell, then agen on Miss U at the beginning I think its a covert R.I.P. to 2pac, not a diss tho.

yea i noticed this too they made biggie look the good guy and pac the bad guy. think they did this cos pac was with suge and they wanted to prove he killed biggie and maybe even pac. and plus cos afeni didnt give them any rights to pac shit.
2Pac was a criminal. 2Pac said alot more things to make people think he was a thug and a criminal. Biggie had a much cleaner image than Pac, he didn't go around beating people up. Biggie never came across as violent and didn't threaten people the way Pac did.

There are no videos of BIG walking around and assaulting people. Biggie gave people less amunition to believe he was a criminal than Tupac did. Biggie kept hsi feelings and emotions closer to his chest than Pac dif and anything sinister that he may of done he kept on the low unlike Tupac.

this is a good film, it was on a sky digital channel a few days ago, and I remember when it came out on uk tv, it was great, some interesting stuff on there. Nick got some very good interviews, (pacs friend, bigs body guard, pacs guard, the copper who was on pacs case etc).

Nick has made some other very good Docs/films too, I like the way he annoys people, and bugs them, he gets results. He is the like the american Mike moore, (but not a fat bastard)

But reading peoples posts, 2 pac was a very powerful person, so of course he will act up at times, smoking lots of weed gives you two personalities.

I would like to see NickBroomfield do a film about the English government.

The argument that Pac was a criminal and Biggie wasn't is stupid. Both of them hustled, both of them toted, both of them were guilty of assault (but what guy in his 20s hasn't been involved in a fight?).

The only thing that I could understand someone separating Pac from Big over was the sexual assault charge, which was a bullshit charge to begin with.

The biggest thing i noticed from the film and made a thread about it at the time was:
When they interview with that guy in prison he goes in february (or somethin) of 96 there was a meeting suge was there, a rapper (pac) and in a nutshell a hit was taken out on biggie. In other words pac was still alive when the hit was taken out, meaning pac more than likely knew about the hit. Even though people on here would like to deny it i do believe pac would of had biggie killed with all the shit he was told and his belief biggie knew he was gonna be shot and that biggie turned his back on him.
I have deep doubts Pac wanted Biggie killed, if he did I would have thought it would have happened much sooner than 2 years after his first shooting. Also on Sept 4th during an interview with MTV he said:

On that note, I know that Biggie and Puffy are here tonight. Did you see them? Do you have anything to say to them?
No, but even if we saw them, we are businessmen. We are not animals. It's not like we're gonna see them and rush them or jump on them. If they see us and they want the drama, we'll bring it like only Death Row could bring it, but we're here as businessmen to enjoy and support the Video Music Awards for MTV because they support us. So if they want to come and use this business opportunity to get on some gangsta, you know, we do that better than anybody.

Can you envision a day when ya'll, if not get together and make an album, just peacfully coexist?

Theres no dream of making an album with Biggie and Puffy or none of them, we're not sweating it like that, we peacefully coexist now because we're cool. Everybody's here. They make.. They sell records, we sell records. Well I guess you could call that selling records, what they do. We sell large amounts of records, and they sell a few records, and really, theres no competition. People are really making too much out of it than it is. If you want to talk we're gonna make it specific as to what you could and cant talk about. The East Coast/ West Coast thing is something that the journalists make up just to get paid off of it, so it can drag out. So they're perpetuating it so it could be drama. I still love MTV but when it all goes down, dont look at me and Biggie and be like, "Why is there a big East Coast / West Coast war?" when your shooting this to 3300 homes, 300 countries, tellin them about a war that they would never know exists. So thats where information becomes a problem. When MTV News got to be the ones to let you know.

Snoop: If it did exist, we wouldnt be here, so its non-existent.

Pac: Right, if it exists how we gonna be sitting in New York talking about it? We'll try to be better role models, and ya'll try to stop putting that drama out there. You got alot of power, a lot of responsibility. We both do. We boht need to exercise greater restraint.
---------------------

I know he wouldnt just come out and say "yeah we put a hit on Big" but one guy saying Pac wanted Big dead doesnt change my mind.
I personally hated the documentary, other than the new/different footage it was shit. And that Mopreme part was so stupid.
