^^ My house in Adelaide is right next to the restaurant of the worlds best pizza chef, as voted in 2007 or something.

They all went to NY to do some big pizza battle off and he won lol.

AWESOME pizza. I used to get one every Friday night. The place is called La Trattoria on King William Street, and the chef's name is Andy, he owns the place, real cool guy. Check it out if you're ever there anyone lol.

Have found a couple good places in Melbourne, but nothing stand out to report yet.

Im not sure about Gluten, I couldnt tell you. But its a full blown Italian restaurant, not just pizza, if that means anything.

Maybe call and ask?

i'm not sure i understand how to properly mix the salt in with the dough after the dough is basically firm. that's what you mean right? put flour, yeast, oil, water, then salt at the end?
no oil. all you need is strong flour, water, yeast, sugar (malt syrup), and salt

you dont need fat to make dough, so there is no oil involved.

mix the yeast with the sugar and a little warm water and leave to prove in a warm place for 5 mins.

begin to mix the flour with some warm water in a mixer, then add the yeast mixture. add enough water to the dough to get the right elasticity so that it is not sticky to touch, then add the salt, continue to mix for 5-10 mins and leave the dough to rest for 15 mins before using. shape and bake as appropriate. its as easy as pie and as simple as cake

well it depends where i get my pizza from..

bu if i get it at this pizza by the slice place than its either spicy beef, spicy vegetarian or cheese.

if its pizza hut than its green peppers and beef / cheese

if its dominoes than its just cheese cuz they make awesome cheese pizza

if its pizza factory (a particular one i go to) than i get green peppers and beef, or spicy beef or just plain cheese

jalapeños are an absolutely essential part of pizza. i'd go without mozarella and tomato sauce before i went without jalapeños.

i eat them with damn near everything. sandwiches, salads, wraps, pasta, everything. sometimes i eat them out of the jar and drink the liquid, it fucking rules.

jalapeños > everything. one time at pizza express there were no pizzas that sounded good to me so i just ordered a margherita with chillies and a double serving of jalapeños. it was blissful.
