no, there aren't any differences in beat, just that line is there, even though it sounds kinda strange, i listened to that particular part for 1xx times may be on my tape deck first, trying to see if this was legit, and then 1xx times on my winamp, the only conclusion i came to, they might have forgotten the adlibs layer with "cops" in it, like they did with Nothing but Love, as if somebody wanted to compare these two versions (edited / unedited) before the release...

See guys, the moral of this story is that if you actually collect and trade and do a little bit of your own work, you too can find some rare ass shit, and no, you don't have to be living in America at all for it to happen.
